By submitting an application to participate in Elevitta MrsIndiaWorld, all applicants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Participation in the Pageant constitutes acceptance of these legally binding Terms and Conditions.

2.The Participant must be a natural-born female, an Indian citizen or of Indian origin (at least one parent), OCI or a Non-Resident Indian.

3.The Participant must be married (with or without children) and physically fit to take part in the Pageant.

4.The Participant must be 18 years of age or older. Valid proof of age (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) is required.

5.A non-refundable registration fee of INR 3000 (excluding taxes and transaction charges) must be paid to register/audition.

6.Receipts for registration payment will be issued via email within two business days.

7.All fees including registration, training, grooming, and other participation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.

8.All payments are voluntary, and Elevitta Mrs. India World shall not be liable for any coercion claims.

9.All personal expenses, including travel, wardrobe, training, and miscellaneous costs, are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

10.Participants must attend all mandatory stages: auditions, training, grooming, media interactions, and fundraising activities.

11.A detailed manual of expectations will be shared after auditions.

12.Participants must maintain discipline and adhere to schedules, rules, and expectations provided.

13.Participants must be in good health, of sound mind, and good moral character.

14.Medical documents must be submitted. Non-disclosure of health conditions releases Elevitta from liability.

15.Shortlisted candidates must pay training and grooming fees within timelines to continue.

16.Fees and schedules are subject to change by Elevitta Mrs. India World.

17.Pageant syllabus and training access is granted only after full payment of fees.

18.All training materials are confidential and may not be shared without written permission.

19.Elevitta reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for non-compliance or false/misleading information.

20.Participants must not engage in nudity, pornography, or similar activities during or before participation.

21.Elevitta is not liable for any delays in application or payments for any reason.

22.Participants enter and proceed at their own risk and cost; Elevitta is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses.

23.Shortlisted Participants will receive login credentials for the official Pageant platform.

24.Participants clearing auditions will advance to subsequent rounds.

25.Attendance in all individual and group rounds is mandatory.

26.Participants must complete all assigned homework and coursework with mentors.

27.Participants agree to engage in charitable and fundraising initiatives associated with Elevitta’s partnerships.

28.Detailed itinerary, rules, regulations, and scoring guidelines will be provided.

29.Elevitta is not responsible if sponsors do not fulfill promised commitments.

30.Participants advancing to international finale must pay the applicable fees.

31.Finalists must undergo additional training for the National Finale.

32.National Finale itinerary and tasks will be communicated to qualifying Participants.

33.Guests may attend the National Finale at their own cost. Invitations are limited and at organizer discretion.

34.Once selected as a semi-finalist, withdrawal is only allowed in a certified medical emergency. No refunds will be issued.

35.Semi-finalists, winners, runners-up, and subtitle holders must not participate in other pageants or pageant-related roles for 1 (one) year without written consent from Elevitta.

36.Breach of the above clause may lead to legal action and damages claims.

37.International representatives must pay applicable non-refundable, non-transferable fees. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification and replacement.

38.Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or actions damaging to the Pageant or affiliates will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
